Yes, the graveyard is on the Dungannon Road, the new church was built immediately beside it, now facing onto a small roundabout where the Dungannon Road meets up with the Moy Road, Garvaghy Road and Corcrain Road.

I have been looking into the Church you mention. The old church is in the Ulster Museum so I'll definitely go and have a look when I'm there.
