Olga Helena Schlagerait Bourne Copper death

I need some help in finding the death of Olga please. She was born in 1915 Connecticut. Married Marshall Edwin Bourne (1910-1989) 1934 Connecticut and then married Jacob Melvin Copper (1920-2005) 1991 Citrus Co, Florida. Jacob died in Michigan City, Indiana and his death was reported by a niece. There is a US Public Record showing Olga living in Homosassa, Citrus Co 15 Nov 2007- 25 Mar 2008. After that I can not find anything.

Olga's brother Otto died in December 2007 at Midland, Michigan. His obit mentions; sister, Olga Bourne, of Midland.

Did she change her last name back to Bourne? Is she now living in Midland, Michigan.

Thanks RJ. She could not be living in Michigan and Florida at the same time but nothing showing on google for Olga Bourne, Midland/Michigan.

Actually she could be living in both Michigan and Florida at the same time. It wasn't/isn't uncommon for northerners to winter in warmer places.

I'm not very good with property records, but it looks like Olga gave up rights to the house at 1421 S Skyway Hollosassa Fl on 18 February 2004 to her husband Jacob Copper in a quitclaim deed.

so yes, I also thought she might have gone back to her maiden name or an earlier married name. If she had children by Mr Bourne, then she might have chosen that name rather than her maiden name.

and I second the thought of "snowbirds" having addresses in two places.

Retired, Handicap, Convalescent, Nursing Home

edited: That doesn't mean she is alive. fps is "good" at listing people long after they have died.

Ruth Moyer (Lawyer) was the niece who reported Jacob death

I contacted a couple of Midland cemeteries. She is not buried in Midland Municipal Cemetery. Awaiting reply from Midland Memorial

Try Midland Memorial Gardens

They had a 4-month-old son, Matthew E. Bourne who died in 1969.

James had a sister, Jane (Bourne) Dowker who died in 1985.

They were both buried at Midland Memorial Gardens according to their obituaries.
