exceptional service
« on: Wednesday 03 April 24 14:38 BST (UK) »
Hi All

We are all good at complaining but how is this for exceptional service.

This morning at 10:50 I placed a request with scotlands people for a rescan of an image at 12:45 I received the rescan.
Scotlandspeople has always been good with there service but this one takes not just the biscuit but the cak as well.
well done
Yours Aye

Excellent service.

SP are good with their rescans  but this is so fast it should get an award.

Take care,

You are, of course, joking, I hope.   ;D  ;D

What a wonderful service - all power to their elbow.   8)

I agree ;  I've always found scotlandspeople extremely efficient.  I have only once had a copy document that I was unable to read and the staff re-acted extremely quickly, sending me a new copy plus typing out the wording :-)

Agreed. Always excellent, but that is really impressive speed.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.
