Looks like a close match! Based off other records, close to Castlebar is probably a good bet, if this is the correct record, and that doesn't look too far away, about 10 miles according to Google.

I was sure it was going to have Pollawarla which looks correct and it was just a matter of confirming it.

Kilmoremoy is on the border with Sligo, the civil parish of Kilmoremoy crosses the border into Sligo
