Email address

I send photos that I have taken on my phone to my email address which ends in .co.uk

Every time I send the photo from my phone, it always comes up with the .com version not .co.uk.

How can I get it to send to the co.uk address?

I still get the photo but it comes up as being from postmaster@outlook.com and says it rejects the message as follows:-

A communication failure occurred during the delivery of this message. Please try to resend the message later. If the problem continues, contact your email admin.

How do I get my phone to send to the .co.uk address please?  Hopefully any instructions will be simple to follow.   Thank you.  :D

How big is the attachment?
Outlook has a 20mb size limit.

Or it may be the limit on your email server.

I've had a look at the size of the photos and they vary.  A mix of KB and just over 1 MB. Perhaps you can direct me to where I can check the Outlook size limit.

I did a simple Google search on "Outlook email size limit".

Which email provider do you use at home?

If you send an email from your phone that isn’t a photo do you get the correct address then?
Can’t you edit the address in the address line of the email?

Try using a different eMail App

I use Thunderbird on my PC and have no issues.

You may also want to check out if you mobile can accept a USB drive being connected to it and simply transfer images to it.

I can easily connect a USB drive to my iPhone and use File Manager to transfer images to it.  Its the easiest way I have of transferring files to my Windows PC.

It doesn't matter if it is an email or sending a photo, the ending is always .com.
