You will have to wait until it is 100 years after the date of birth entered on the register.
I believe FindMyPast remove the redactions monthly, but ancestry only annually.

Or if you believe you know who is under the redaction you can submit evidence they have died to FindMyPast and they will remove the redaction.

Teresa Hibbert (28) mentioned in the Grimsby Daily Telegraph, 16 Oct 1943.
Had she won a prize or something?

 ;D ;D  Good old OCR
She was fined 5s for ignoring the “indication of a traffic signal” on her cycle.

Well I won the booby prize there. Well done, mckha.
Good to know she was still around in 1943. Teresa seems to be something of a mystery woman!

Well, she certainly sounds one hell of a mystery!  I’m certain she renamed herself Woollas.

Married as Teresa Budlin to Harry Hibbert in 1934 (Northamptonshire)
Living at cleethorpes w Harry Hibbert in ‘39.
Baby boy (Roy) b to Harry & Teresa Hibbert (formerly Woollas) in ‘43
Harry & Teresa Hibbert living at 214 heneage road Grimsby on the 45/46 Poll register
1946 poll register an Edith Nundy living at 214 heneage road w the Waterfall family (no mention of Harry & Teresa being there!)
From 1946 onwards Edith Nundy lived at Pershore Avenue, Grimsby, w Harry Hibbert, having given birth to her son Stewart in December’46. There they lived until Harry died in 1960 and Edith died many years later.

But:  no more mention of either a Teresa Budlin - or Woollas.

There are two other possible Hibbert births in Grimsby,  one in 1935 and one in 1936, and one in Cleethorpes in 1938.  These could be the 3 redacted entries.

There are also two other possible births one in Louth in 1940 and one in Cleethorpes in 1941

(One has MMN as Budlin and others are Woollas, although a mixture of spellings)

Morning Gan Yam

It is a complete mystery.

We know that Teresa Budlin married Harry Hibbert in ‘34.  Possibly this Janet T Hibbert was a result of that marriage (b 1935)

Then we have a Maureen J (b 1938), Jill (b ‘40), Keith R (b ‘41), and Roy BH (b ‘43).  All mothers are Woollas.

But on Roy’s BC, Teresa Hibbert’s maiden name is down as ‘formerly Woollas’ - not Budlin!  Am I missing something so obvious….
