In 1921, they were at Hardys Row, Stanley Common, Stanley, Derbyshire.

A tree on Ancestry confirms that she married Joseph Crookes (1896-1965)

It also has pictures of Eliza, her first two husbands, and two children, Sydney and Edith Cresswell
Edith married William Vickers and they are probably the ones mentioned below:-

There are several memoriams in the Derbyshire newspapers after 1979:-

Derby Evening Telegraph, Monday, March 23, 1987
CROOKES, Eliza, March 22, 1979. -
Gone are the days we spent together,
But memories of you will last forever.
Sadly missed. - Bill, Edith and family

David

Oh good so we now know where she was in 1921

As for their marriage, it took me a bit to find due to a spelling error.

Searching for Eliza Elliott married to Joseph Crookes his name is misspelled as Crockes
Elliott,    Eliza   Spouse Crockes    Shardlow    7b   1189

but when one searches for Joseph Crookes married to Eliza Elliott it is all correct
Crookes,    Joseph    Spouse Elliott    Shardlow    7b   1189

So, I have Eliza more or less sorted.

I had a look at Eliza's sister Ethel

Ethel May Whiteman
B:20 Nov 1887 Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England
D:25 Sep 1978 Rushcliffe, Nottinghamshire, England

she married 3 Aug 1907 • Smalley, Derbyshire, England
to
Albert Henry Brown
B:11 Aug 1885 Horsley Woodhouse, Derbyshire, England
D:Oct 1949 Shardlow, Derbyshire, England

I'm not sure about the death of Ethel. Everyone has that death date. The death registry is under the name Whiteman rather than Brown. The birth year is also off by a bit, which doesn't always mean anything.

I was wondering if Ethel also remarried, and the death registry people attached to her is wrong.

I just found a living DNA match to Ethel and we are trying to figure this out, accurately.

She had twin sons

Harry Brown (Twins)
B:6 Jan 1908 Smalley, Derbyshire, England
D:22 Mar 1957 227 belper road, Stanley Common, Derbyshire, England

John Brown (Twin)
B:6 Jan 1908 Smalley, Derbyshire, England
D:Mar 1996 Ilkeston, Derbyshire, England

1911 census
