Daughter Mary (1875):
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1875/03099/2136391.pdf

Likely Thomas under "McDonald" (1875):
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1879/02916/2068362.pdf

Son Michael (1887):
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1887/02535/1938927.pdf

My theory:

Birth of a Timothy O'Donnell in 1869 with father Daniel and the same abode as with Thomas:
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/birth_returns/births_1869/03381/2239712.pdf
Mother is an Eliza Walsh.

Death of an Eliza O'Donnell in 1872:
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/deaths_returns/deaths_1873/020705/7264780.pdf

Marriage between Daniel and Eliza would have taken place before civil registration, I imagine, as a son was registered in 1865.

Looks like Mary and Daniel died very close together; their deaths are registered on the same page, both having Mary Fitzgerald as informant:

Thank you for all this great information. You mentioned a birth of a son in 1865 I presume to Daniel & Eliz Walsh. The marriage in Carrigtwohill looks positive.

You mentioned a birth of a son in 1865 I presume to Daniel & Eliz Walsh.

If you go to irishgenealogy.ie's civil records section and then enter "odonnell" into the Last Name section and "Midleton" into the Civil Registration District section and then sort them by date, you can peruse through the various BMD documents for the family. The first three births registered in the district (Patrick, Ellen, Timothy) are all children of Daniel.

Make sure you enter "odonnell" without an apostrophe after the 'o' as the system doesn't seem to recognise it and instead returns results for "McDonnell".

Parish registers for the various parishes can be viewed for free via the NLI:
