If this is the birth of her daughter Jane in 1886, then it leaves a small window for her emigration to Australia i.e. between early 1886 and late 1888 when she married in South Australia.  I will have a look.

Name    Jane Frances Freeman
Registration Date    1886 [1886]
Quarter of the Year    Jan-Feb-Mar
Registration Place    Toxteth Park, Lancashire, England
Volume    8b
Page    215

FREEMAN, JANE  FRANCES  mother's maiden surname   LAURIE
GRO Reference: 1886
 March Quarter in TOXTETH PARK
 Volume 08B  Page 215

Found D.O.B. for Jane Freeman in June, 1881, Daughter of Ann & John Freeman
Also have a Jane Freeman born 2nd quarter of 1878.
Father not known. Strange for young single mother to take a young daughter on her own so far away ?

I don't think 1881  - Jane Freeman is correct.
Think Jane's Mother was Annie Margaret Moore Freeman.  D.O.B. Dec quarter. 1862. Liverpool.
? Parents : John & Jane (Jones) Freeman; Married June quarter, 1857. (BMD)

I don't think the one I found born 1886 is correct either.  I think this her death in 1890 i.e. after Ann Freeman emigrated:

Name    Jane Frances Freeman
Death Age    4
Birth Date    abt 1886
Death Date    1890
Burial Date    16 Nov. 1890
Burial Place    Ford Cemetery, Liverpool, Lancashire, England

Hi,
Did you follow the advice of Cando given in your previous thread?

Birth in NSW
1892/32173
GARRARD William C
Father William J  Mother Ann
District Silverton

And

In NSW you can purchase transcriptions of certificates for c$20 and the transcript is emailed.

Scroll down to family transcription agents.

Cando

You obviously have no real starting point at present for locating her origins and that certificate for the NSW born son, with give mother's ( Ann FREEMAN) age and place of birth.

Without certs I can’t be sure if the following is correct, but there is a tree on Family Search that has the following birth for Jane/Jean:

WYCOMBE, JANE
Mother’s Maiden surname: FREEMAN
GRO Reference: 1884  D Quarter in TOXTETH PARK
Volume 08B  Page 250

It would fit with the following NSW marriages:
Year: 1903
Regn: 862/1903
Groom Family Name: Curtis
Groom Given Names: Charles H
Bride Family Name: Wycombe
Bride Given Names: Jane
District: Broken Hill

Year: 1906
Regn: 9618/1906
Groom Family Name: Blight
Groom Given Names: James
Bride Family Name: Curtis
Bride Given Names: Jane
District: Broken Hill

FYI - Blight and Freeman family Tree: https://www.familysearch.org/tree/person/details/KHL7-Z5F

There is the following Aug 1887 Adelaide Hospital admission:
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-CS6D-8SJ7-N?i=69 (#1227).

If this is your Annie, she would have arrived on the Daphne early 1886.
