Whereabouts of 2nd Battalion, 1st Royal Regiment of Foot 1837-1857
« on: Tuesday 30 April 24 17:38 BST (UK) »
I'm researching a soldier who served with the 2nd Battalion, 1st Royal Regiment of Foot between 1837 and 1857.

Does anyone know where they were stationed during this period?

You can track their movements month by month in "Stations of the British Army" in contemporary newspapers.
