Security camera.

Hi, i bought a nest camera (wireless)
in first couple of weeks it recorded vehicle driving past our front door on footpath, after a couple of weeks it stopped recording vehicle's, tried resetting zone event but no luck, any idea's how i can get vehicle event to get recorded again🫣🫣🫣 or a decent wireless security camera more reliable type.

Haven't a clue really but wondered if you have used up all the memory capacity?  Do you need to delete to release space??

Hi CaroleW, no memory's not a problem at all, when security camera was first sett up it pucked vehicle up no problem, its so frustrating as i'm not a tech person at all but! irs definitly not a memory problem.

My cameras are a different brand so this might not be any use  - mine allow you to set the detection level, perhaps yours have something similar.  Sometimes I've found that even if I haven't changed anything the gremlins seem to have been in and done it for me

Roobarb my grandson has just! suggested same thing, it worked brilliant for 2 months then stopped recording vehicle avent. Thanks for reply. All the best.

Have just noticed that you said it's wireless, I wonder if it's anything to do with your signal.

When mine play up I go through all the settings however obscure. You've probably already done that, I hope you manage to get it sorted out.

Remove it from your WiFi.

Delete the App.

Reinstall everything.

BUT.

If you bought it off Amazon and it is still within the return window, return it.
