Where were Frank Milne & John Clout born?

Frank married Lottie Uren in 1914.  Gave his age as 31 which does not fit an 1877 birth.  Father William (deceased) occ Tailor

John Clout born 1861 can't be the son of Joseph Clout born 1872.
