In 1939 Mary J Whalon has living in her household a Stephen Wignall born 1864, think he my be her brother?

Wow! The graves register shows that Mary is in the same grave as
James Wignall, buried 11 July 1905, age 75
Elizabeth Wignall, buried 1 May 1915, age 79

She is Mary J Whalen on that.

Thank you folks for your responses, and I have no desire to appear ungrateful for your effort,but the Mary Jane Whelan in Blackburn was born there as shown on at least two census entries,and none of the Wignall names (a common name in Lancs.) relate to my bod's family in Garston. I'm not averse to Mary Jane of Garston marrying beyond her area of birth,but I can't see a Blackburn connection other than the surnames? Also,my woman is in the 1891 census at home with her parents in Garston, while the other is in Blackburn with her family.

The John Wignall here was born in Preston,his daughter Mary Jane born in Blackburn,so isn't the woman I'm researching unfortunately, as my person is in the same census at home with her family in Garston.
