Link works for me and I'm on Chrome  :)

Since it's by 'her mark' we know informant was female. I think first name begins with the letter J (see J in John in entry just above) and ends in the letter Y. Possibly JANEY?
Surname a bit harder- begins with the letter C (see Catherine written out for 2 informants above). Thought first it was Carew but looking closer there seems to be a letter that hangs down. Would checking Griffith's Valuation for that townland give any clues?
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

I see first name as Jessey, still working on last name which looks as though it begins with Caz. Maybe Cazeres?

I agree the Christian name is Janey or Joney.
I didn't want to prejudice opinions as to the surname, but since you asked.....
Personally I would hazard Cozens. In Griffiths there was a Cousins.

Agree with Janey or Joney and Cozens as surname. Can't see Christian name as Jessey.
