A Benjamin Parkin with wife Ann Parkin and children Joseph age 2 and Anne E age 4 months are living next to a Thomas Wilson with wife Mary in 1851 at Brightside.  (Her brother ?).

There are a few Wilsons living in the very near vicinity at Brightside in 1851, who work as millwrights or joiners. I have looked at them, and they appear to be the sons of George Wilson (millwright) and Ruth. So I don't believe they are related to your family.
The other Parkins who are living close by in Brightside in 1851 are probably related however, as they all seem to be in the same occupation as Benjamin.

There is this Wilson family that you might want to look at further ……..

1841 census Sheffield, Fitzwilliam Street
Mary Wilson 55, Ind
Joseph Wilson 20 Saw maker
William Wilson 20 Silversmith (became surgeon dentist in next census)
Sarah Wilson 15
Aron Green 6

Joseph Wilson married in Sheffield Cathedral in 1845 to Sarah Ann Goodwin (his father was Thomas) https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:665K-4ST4

William Wilson married in Sheffield Cathedral in 1842 to Elizabeth Denton (his father was Thomas) https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:6652-GNGB

Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to see the original marriage records to see what the father’s occupation is.  So have not been able to either eliminate, nor confirm as of interest.

Also unable to find baptism records for any of them.
