That could very well be him. The 1911 census shows him with parents Lindsay and Fanny as being born abt 1905 and marriage cert shows dob  as abt 1907

Not seeing a birth for him either.

I don't think it's 1907, as there is a birth registered as "not named" female  Aug. 11, 1907, in
Elmsley South, parents Lindsey and Fanny Joynt. Sadly this little girl only lived one day.

Lindsey and Fanny were married after 1901 (when they noted as both single, living in the same household); however, the eldest child Maria was 12 in the 1911 census, so born around 1899 so whose child is she?

Good question since the 1911 census appears to be the only record of her existence

And also the other child William.  If none of them were registered at birth, perhaps they are all adopted?

Also, there is a marriage for an Anna Bella Joynt, aged 30, in 1929, daughter of Lindsay Joynt and Fanny Barker to an Edward Bartrew, in Smith Falls.  Perhaps she is Maria altho' mother's maiden name is problematic.  Was Lindsay married once before?  Also, on Annabella's tombstone, it gives her birth year as 1892.  When she dies in 1975, her obituary says she was 83, the daughter of Lindsay Joynt and Fanny Ford (yet another name).

Not what you asked for but may be of interest.

There is a contact mentioned who might be able to throw some light on this marriage.

Lindsay Joynt was b. July 4, 1867. In 1901 census for Bastard Twp., Leeds Co, he is listed as a farm laborer. He married "Fanny Ann" Frances Lawson on Jan. 8, 1895 at Trinity Anglican Church in Lombardy. Searching for parents and siblings.
