Difficult to read cause of death

is anybody able to make out this cause of death and the column next to it please re the Coroner?

Disease the nature of which was not ascertained!

Certificate received from A S? Smith Coroner for Otham???? inquest held 7 February1919

Coroner for Oldham, perhaps? And A G Smith? Otherwise I agree with bearkat.

Not all inquest reports have survived but you may find something in a local newspaper.
