There is an Annie MORGAN died Mar qtr 1970 registered at Merthyr Tydfil, date of birth 24 Jan 1893. Does this death date and place sound right for your Annie?

Believe George and Annie had at least 2 children prior to Cyril.

Births Jun 1916
Morgan    Thomas G M (George Marshall)    mmn Marshall    Pontypridd    11a   1107

Births Mar 1920
MORGAN    David W (Williams)    mmn Marshale    Pontypridd    11a   1359

These 2 children appear with a George F Morgan born   1893 Merthyr Vale,Glamorganshire, Wales & Annie born 1894, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England in 1921 census

FamilySearch has got that very wrong. It's the census for Denmark Street, Waterloo, Liverpool 22.  Part of the borough of Crosby.

1901 census-George born Merthyr Vale

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:XSMV-R5H

1911 census. recorded as G F Morgan - born Merthyr Vale with parents and lots of siblings. (32289)

Parents married 1894 Thomas Morgan & Margaret Ellen Davies.

Believe George died in 1967, also birth recorded as just George Morgan

So it is! I should have read the entry more carefully.  ::)
