The first bit above the line is "and each of them"

"and each of their" (because there was only room for "their" between "of" and "Goods")
Researching among others:
Bartle, Bilton, Bingley, Campbell, Craven, Emmott, Harcourt, Hirst, Kellet(t), Kennedy,
Meaburn, Mennile/Meynell, Metcalf(e), Palliser, Robinson, Rutter, Shipley, Stow, Wilkinson

Help, please, to interpret the ... description of Bewldey.

I've been puzzling over this for some time.

We have an F in Faggots in the last handwritten line.  This says that the problem word begins with F, and that the second letter is the o.

We also have an L in Labourer to compare with the L in Lacon in the line beneath the problem word.  This suggests that despite appearances no letter of the problem word extends below the line.

So the problem word is something like Fornin or Forvin.  At a push it could even be Forum, if the dot is disregarded.

Does any of this make sense to anyone?

Foreign might well be correct. Kidderminster nearby also has a "Foreign". However, I can't find any specific reference to "Bewdley Foreign", or "Foreign of Bewdley".
