There is this Estate that gives a couple of names to work with:

West Morning News Plymouth 17th August 1939

Estate of Mrs Harriet Avery Adams of Lynesse, Talland Road, St. Ives who died on March 13, has left an estate gross value £8137. Probate granted to Mrs. Henrietta Partridge Knox of The Knoll, 2 Rodway Road, Roehampton, the sole executrix. She left various shares to her sister Ellen Allen Clarke and Mary Anne Jones.

Robert's father's side of the family seems to come to an end.

One brother: Richard William, who married Nellie Louise Norris 1896.  No children found.
He died 1905, she remarried 1910.  I have the details if required.

Robert's mother's siblings don't appear to have left any descendants:

Harriet Avery Clarke, youngest daughter married in 1893 to Reverend Frederick Richard Augustus Harpley. They don't appear to have had any children. Frederick died in 1918. Harriet subsequently remarried in 1919 to a Charles G Adams.

Ellen Allen Clarke appears to have never married.

Then there is a brother: John Oswald Allen Clarke born 1870, died in 1906 Victoria, Australia. He married Maud Augustus Hay Seagrove in 1892 Victoria, Australia. There was a daughter born to this marriage Violet Sybil Maud Allen Clarke but she dies in 1921 in West Sussex age 27, spinster.

Have to look further afield for any descendents.

Haven't found who the Mary Anne Jones mentioned in Harriet's will yet.
