Commonwealth War Graves Commission are appealing for blood relatives of Pvt Frank Speck - Gloucestershire Regiment - Service No :- 7476 - died 6/12/1918-

CWGC are in the process of producing a headstone to mark his grave.

From the bio on find a grave

From the Gloucester Echo 12th December 1918 -
"GLOUCESTER SOLDIER'S DEATH.  Lce-Corpl. Frank Speck, 1st Gloucesters, son of Sergt-Major George Speck, of Gloucester, died in hospital at Spalding, Lincolnshire, last week, and was buried with military honours on Monday last. Deceased was shot in the throat and through the lungs at Langemarck in the early part of 1916, and after three years in hospital was discharged. He obtained a situation at Spalding and was going on very well until last week, when a violent fit of coughing opened the old wound in his throat and he bled to death. He leaves a widow and one son."    :'( :'(
