Sometimes researching the family like this can lead to what you are looking for. For instance searching Jane may have lead to information on the fella you were asking about. In this case he isn't mentioned as yet in family notices to do with Jane's family but worth checking everything just in case he was.

Very true giblet, I haven't given up, will come back to it after i get myself familar with trying to find records in this area/country.
