What to do is go back to the certificate on Scotland's People, click on the yellow button that says 'Report an issue' and ask if the image can please be re-scanned. They'll do that and send you a copy of the new scan.
FWIW I think her first husband is James Stark, tailor journeyman and the second is William Aitchison, printer compositor. I got the husbands' surnames by searching for Agnes, aged 48, mother Somerville, death year 1894. She's indexed by all three surnames.
