I think Elizabeth Parker nee Lines must have died as I have found Hannah and Fanny living with their sister Elizabeth Rawlings in 1861 in Birmingham.

Fond this in a document re Paper Mills in Somerset:

The Census Report for 1851 stated that a decrease in the population of Cheddar could be partly ascribed to the closing of the paper mills, which caused several persons to emigrate.

Paper making at Wookey carried on until 2008.
There used to be 6 paper mills at Wookey, and 3 at Cheddar.
