Name of Lady Present at 1860 Death

Hello there

Can anybody please have an inspired guess as to the surname of the lady present at death of Elizabeth Wilkins on her 1860 death certificate.  Her first/given name is also Elizabeth. I add that it doesnt match up with any obvious relatives such as married children etc. although her address is the same as the deceased.  And by the 1861 census the widower husband had already remarried, but to a lady whose name definitely doesnt correspond to this one!!!.

It looks like Haines to me.

Henry Wilkins the husband is by 1861 census living with a "Wife" called Hester. at the same address.

He didnt hang around, they were married within 3 months of his first wife's death!!
