George Farnham's Leicestershire Medieval
« on: Thursday 10 October 24 13:55 BST (UK) »
Good day all. Does anyone know of/have any copies of George Farnham's Leicestershire Medieval Village Notes on CD? I'm given to understand that they used to be sold, and some copies crop up on Ebay now and then. Any information pertaining to these CDs would be very valuable to me. Thanks in advance.

Hi
I have a copy of Medieval Village  Notes 1086 - 1666. I purchased this many years ago from i think from Leicester & Rutland Family History Society.
Not all the villages are on it... is there any thing that you need I can check for you?

Hi,

Thank you for responding. I actually need the entire set of books because I'm researching enclosure disputes in the 15th century. I'll try contacting LRFHS to see if they still sell the CD, but I imagine I'll simply have to travel to a local family history centre and conduct my research on their microfiche (or online) copies of the volumes. Thanks so much though - it's very kind of you to respond.

Best wishes.
