Deciphering a place name

Hello, I'd really appreciate help deciphering a "Native Place and County" and "Read or Write" from an immigration record from 1853.

The words are highlighted in the first attachment and then up close in the next two.

The place appears to begin with Ch  and end in y - Innvernesshire (?Inverness-shire?).

The last extract about reading or writing says 'neither' I think.  ETA the name of the town looks like Chisney, Chirney?

I think it is supposed to be Tyree.

Hector Lamont and Flora Brown married in 1826 in Tyree.

Marriage 1826
Hecor Lamont in Balevulin and Flora Brown in Kilkenneth were married
after the regular promclamation of Banns on the 26th April
by the Rev. Mr. Neil MacLean minister.

Several of their children baptised in Tyree also.

Regarding can read or write - it says “neither”.
