Here is the marriage Feb 25th 1829. - Nenagh
https://registers.nli.ie/registers/vtls000634770?locale=en#page/47/mode/1up

Michael - baptism 19th April 1843 - Tipperary
https://registers.nli.ie/registers/vtls000632775?locale=en#page/153/mode/1up

This is quite some time after the marriage. You can see indexes on the pay sites and possibly Family Search.

I can see baptisms
1836, Nicholas, Nenagh
1838- Margaret , Drom and Inch

Is this Michael’s marriage - in Dublin?
Father is Stephen Hogan, a cooper

Have you found any records for Michael’s siblings?

Did they stay in Tipperary and if so, whereabouts?

The first complete census for Ireland is 1901 and Stephen was married in 1829. He could even have died before registration of deaths in 1864.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

I found another possible baptism for Stephen, 1834, parents Stephen and Biddy Hogan in Nenagh.
There are a couple of Cody Godparents, I think, so it may be that Bridget is from the Nenagh area.
