The person Im looking at is

Name   Wilhelmina Kendricka Lucas Smart
Baptism Date   23 Aug 1876
Baptism Place   Kirkdale, St Paul, Lancashire, England
Mother   Ann Smart

I have the reference from my online tree, it looks like the extract is from North Shore, Lancashire?

Here’s the link to it from Ancestry.  If you have a sub you can print it.  It shows “father not known”

Hi, Thank you.   The transcription change was most probably me.   I was wondering if a full baptism certificate would show anymore information?

The baptism record is an entry in the church baptism register. The information in the register entry is all that is recorded. The church register says 'North Shore, Lancashire', the location of the church was Kirkdale, Liverpool and the name of the church was St Paul's.
