This is her signature on the register. I do believe it to be Stobie. FindMyPast had it transcribed as 'Hobin'.

The above marriage was in Gillingham, St Mary, Magdalene. There are 3 recorded baptisms in the same church from 1811-14 with parents James and Isabella.
