Elizabeth Latham parents?

I was searching for Elizabeth Latham born around 1700 in Northamptonshire, she later married Edward Tansur at South Kilworth where she was from Stanford Northamptonshire. I found an Elizabeth Latham baptized 1 April 1705 in Stanford on Avon on Find My Past, I left the site but when I went back to check on her patents there was no baptism to be found,Any suggestions welcomed.
