Jane Eliza webb please help

Hi everyone
This is a confusing one for me so hoping someone can help me try and sort it. So Jane Eliza Webb is my great grandmother. She was born around 1863 in Rutland or near this area. She married my great grandfather Alfred Healey born in Ingoldsby, Lincolnshire,

 I found this on ancestry Eliza Jane Webb

 So this is the confusing bit ive found the marriage certificate on ancestry which ill copy and paste below so on the baptism is says father is Thomas Webb but on marriage certificate it says George webb. Which ne is right i don't want to go down wrong path please help.

Here is an Eliza Webb baptism at Belton, Rutland (which is place of birth she gives on censuses)
Parents George & Harriet
Date of baptism 9 June 1867
Date of birth 14 March 1863

I should think these are 2 different people.

Have you got Jane Eliza in the 1861 ensus just before she married.
Austin/Austen - Sussex & London
Bond - Berkshire & London
Bishop - Sussex & Kent
Holland - Essex
Nevitt - Cheshire & Staffordshire
Wray - Yorkshire

No i dont have the 1861 cencus i haven't come across it. Just had a look and says Cleckheaton, Yorkshire, England the 1861 cencus mother mary farther George.
