Hello

I hope someone will be able to help.

About 10 years ago, I managed to buy a CD containing personal information from the Archives of a European country.

I now wonder if it would be possible for me to copy it in order to send it to a member of my family. Or would they have made it impossible in order to get more income from people having to order another copy??
