Based on the naming pattern for the children of James Moan and Bridget Hagan, I very strongly suspect that Bridget is the Bridget Hagan baptized in the parish of Clonfeacle, counties of Tyrone and Armagh, on 11/8/1832. Daughter of James Hagan and Susan Lagan.

You haven’t said what religious denomination he was.

Seems to me that this is a key question.
In the area there are two similar couples.

James Moan and Bridget Hagan, with son Michael. Catholics.

James Moan and Bridget Murray with children in civil registration. Not in Catholic registers.

James Moan and Bridget Murray with children in civil registration. Not in Catholic registers.

Both couples have children recorded in the Catholic registers - MOAN/HAGAN in Loughgilly and MOAN/MURRAY at Derrynoose.
