Anything would help - post 1834 and there are any number of details to match to be sure you have the right person/family. That's not the case in the 1700s - baptisms might provide both parents, occasionally mention father's occupation or something close to an address but it's not the rule. Marriages only give names and little else. Burials rarely make it clear if the deceased is adult or child - some have C or W or M marked against them - is that form of burial or description (child, widow? cloth or wool?) I have about 8 or 9 possible burials for a William Davison without one hint of the actual age. I don't know if he lived into adulthood, died a child, is the person listed on the land taxes register or none of the above. See what I mean? Any ideas gratefully received. I might be asking for the impossible but who knows? Someone might have one useful tip to share?
