WW1 Casualty forms
« on: Saturday 04 January 25 03:21 GMT (UK) »
Hi,

Can anyone help me read these WW1 casualty forms please?

With the first record, I can read everything except what is on the last eight lines or so. With the second form, much of it is a loss to me, I can read the odd word here and there. I don't understand many of the abbreviations either, I don't know much about military history. Would this be better to post in the war section of the site? Even still, I wouldn't be able to read the writing!

If anyone can provide any help I would be very grateful! Thank you.  :)

The text on the images are too small to read
Do you have larger cropped images of the words that need to be clarified?
NORTON (Kent), KEECH (Dorset), MOOR / MOORE (Kent), HOCKING (Dorset / Somerset), LEVI (City of York), SANDWELL (Kent), CHAFFIN  (Dorset / Somerset), STRONG (Dorset)

Thank you for your interest! Shaun has kindly posted the links to the records, so hopefully that will mean people can zoom in at their own discretion? But I will still upload cropped versions if they are needed.  :)
