Commonwealth War Graves Commission are appealing for blood relatives of Pioneer Thomas McCully - Royal Engineers - buried Old Kilpatrick Churchyard - Regiment Number 45520 - died 20 August 1916 aged 23 years.
Son of Andrew and Susan McCully of Old Kilpatrick, Dunbartonshire.
The Commission are in the process of producing a headstone to mark his grave.

Robert died, 1995, Old Kilpatrick, Age 78
Married 1939, Mary Alice W Griffiths, son born 1941 & may still be alive.

Thomas was the eldest of 9 children.
His brother, Andrew 1900-1971 was the husband of my great aunt, Margaret Malcolm.
I have recently received a PM on Ancestry to let me know about this.
