The children I have for Charles and Ellen are:

The only child mentioned in Edward's will is a Sarah Baynes.

It could help  to discover any naming conventions and, maybe, make a shortlist of parents for Edward.

I've been told Eleanor / Ellen Vaughan (nee Hughes) parents could be Edward Hughes of "Kilken" (Cilcaen) who married on 16 Nov 1801 to Elinor Foulks of a Denbighshire parish (Gresford or Llay?). That's all I have to go on with that side. Sorry it's a bit vague.

I have nearly all of the Clwyd FHS parish BMD/BMB booklets but they're in  big trunk in the cellar so difficult to get at.

Ellen seems consistent with her birth place as Gresford in  all the censuses.

If they used a  naming convention and Ellen's father was an Edward then Charles's father could be a John
