schools in twyford 1930s

Hi im wondering what schools were around twyford in the 1930s, im not having much luck on google, im trying to locate the school my grandma went to before she went to maidenhead county girls school many thanks x

I know there was (and is) the Polehampton School at Twyford.

There is a newspaper item in 1935 talking about schools in the Wokingham and Twyford Woodley area:

"... Mr. Peake (chairman of the sub-committee) said that all the schools in this area were Church schools and they were inviting the diocesan authorities to consider whether they could provide a Church senior school in each or either of the districts conderned. ..."

yes i know there is that one too because her father went there, she could of gone there as well im not sure, i just wondered if there way any others around twyford, perticularly close to ruscombe as thats where they were living at the time

I remember doing some research about the Polehampton Schools a  while ago - just did a search on here and realised it was for you!
