Hi Sandra,

I downloaded David's death certificate and it was an accidental shooting. Poor lad he was only 19.

There is a tree on Ancestry with all this information included and it would appear David had 3 sisters.
I have messaged the owner today (he was active yesterday) and hoping to get a reply soon. Will update you.

I have just had a response from the tree owner and he has confirmed a family connection. David was his wife's uncle and she knows about his unfortunate death.

The lady would be delighted to help CWGC in any way they can.

They are asking for my personal details but I would prefer to refer them direct to CWGC. Advice please, Sandra.

February Appeal for Relatives. Have you referred them to this thread so that they can see the appeal we were making ?

I will send you a pm with a contact at CWGC -

Great work, thank you so much. It is great these men are not forgotten.  :)

Regards
Sandra
