Stanley McMaster Rudman

Can anyone help me find the marriage and death details of Stanley McMaster Rudman who I believe was born in South Africa in 1925/26.   The only place I can find him mentioned is in his mother's death notice (her name was Levena Jessie  Rudman). He is mentioned with the other siblings: Dudley, Beulah, Pearl and Ronald (Ronel).  I must be missing something - I. have looked in Ancestry and Family Search.  Any help would be much appreciated.
