How do you know he was involved with NZ?  What documented info do you have to support it?

Census Information is Crown Copyright, from www.nationalarchives.gov.uk

Sorry that's not what I meant. Simply where the Army saw action in the 1860s which included Canada and NZ.

William Perry born 1845, Belfast. Married Eliza Williams in 1865 St. Pancras, London.
His first children, William Henry and Rose, were twins born 1866 and father William's occupation stated as Soldier.
Address 2 Compton Place, St. Pancras, London

What was his occupation when he married in 1865? he was obviously in England at that time.
Who was the informant for the registrations the following year when the twins were born?
What about any later children? (father's occupation and informant)

Sorry that's not what I meant. Simply where the Army saw action in the 1860s which included Canada and NZ.
The British Army had men stationed all over the world, which includes those stationed in England. Why do you think he served overseas?

I posted on your other Perry thread but last I looked you hadn't replied.

Just about to post that the twin son's name was also incorrect as I found it was already posted, along with Rose Eliza, on previous thread-
