Found on 1871 and 1851 census but unable to find on 1861 census any help please
Jonathan johnson born 1819 ingoldmells
Mary Johnson born 1817 Well (wife)
James Johnson born 1858 Winthorpe (son)
Mary Ann Johnson born 1850 Winthorpe (daughter)
Samuel Johnson  born 1846 Skegness(son)

I can't see them on FindMyPast using the references or anything else   ::).  The enumerators writing is pretty awful but it should not stop me finding it by reference, no doubt someone will   ;D.   That would probably explain why it is missing on familysearch

There is a published tree showing Martha as posted in 1871 and a marriage in 1878, Caistor, Lincs to George Hook.
Also, there is a death referenced in 1940.

It looks as though Martha was the 2nd Martha to that couple

Thank you ....just wondering if Phyliss could have appeared on 1921 census as Nellie as I think I saw a Nellie with a Mary Johnson and if her husband George could have been in another part of the country after the war as he was a bricklayer ...I will revisit the library to get 1921 census details
