Lovely day here, no frost and quite mild, just hoping I don't tempt fate by saying that.

Was having a look at some of the eye popping outfits worn to the Oscars, and the men are joining in now too!

Overcast, but not raining! As the ground is totally soggy, that's a blessing!
Been knee deep in visitors today - three lots, good job we had cake in, and the first visitor brought more! Good start to the week, really.

Bright chilly day here, just getting dusk.

Having finished it , one piece of my jigsaw is missing - it will have been vacuumed up!
The grey / blue colour of the back of the pieces is very similar to my a big rug   so I won’t have noticed it.
Ihave put  a sticker on the box  as it is going to the charity shop.

Son off to head office, Wednesday, not sure how long he will be away ,a few days .

Hope all are alright, I know many have health issues

Cheerio.Viktoria.

It’s been a lovely day today as have the last two as well… oh what joy to see the blue skies
Chilly mornings had to get frost off the windscreen this morning.
Lots of tree work today as our neighbours garden is a bit like a jungle with some trees over 30 - 50 ft high… sadly looks like he’s destined for residential care but actually it’s the best for him. Seeing the sky now they’ve come down is quite a revelation not seen since we first moved here nearly 40 yrs ago!
Hope all those who are under the cosh health wise are on the up and good weather helps the good feel factor.
Take care and best wishes

Well- ,! Eldest son was convinced he could do all that is necessary to get me up and running.
Shed delivered and set up by shed company.
However there is a small step into it, now this Quingo scooter is specially for high kerbs etc ,but son thinks it will damage the shed entrance soooooo, is cogitating how to solve the problem, meanwhile it is sitting there under cover and I have lost interest .
I see his point ,the entrance floor is wood , but  a metal bar screwed down over the threshold will protect  it I am sure .
He has put electricity in ,light , charger etc , and a waterproof floor covering .
A ramp over the step from the lane down to the garden , has worked in wind and rain, with help from my other son when his work allowed.
It will get sorted eventually .

Baby Lily has been ill, a sniffly cold got more serious and she had breathing problems ,so into hospital and a sort of steam tent contraption and she improved but was kept in overnight.
Still a bit “ bunged up” and of course not sitting up yet is swallowing all the mucus.
It will pass and she was deemed fit to go home.
A worry though.

Telephone changes which I do not understand , a package has come - well I have no idea what to do with it all so a phone call tomorrow and an engineer will come on Wednesday ,I was told to do that on Friday.

Well bed calls so night night , look after yourselves.
Viktoria .

Viktoria if the telephone is this change over to digital voice for you phone , the package might be a lead which the engineer needs to connect your new connection box to your router. If it’s the same as the one we were sent it’s only a short black lead. ( I’d have preferred white but you don’t get a choice. )
They’ve had bother connecting us up and are due back on Thursday having had to dig up the pavement .

Viktoria, I’m sorry you are still not getting the benefit of you Quingo, I hoped you may have been tootling around enjoying the freedom stress free. I hope the problems are soon resolved

Sorry to hear baby Lily is poorly, it’s distressing to see the little guy ones struggling to breathe and with a bunged up nose, I’m sure she will soon bounce back.

I had X-rays yesterday and have just been told I can start a little gentle exercise, I shall be so glad when I can start using my right anrm again and hopefully use my Zimmer. I just wish they could sort out my balance problems and stop me falling over so much. Hey Ho, one can only dream. :)
