I have him in the 1841, 1851 and 1861 aged 41, 51 and 60, with wife Margaret Ward aged 34 and 45 in 1841 and 1851. Births of younger children confirm that this is the correct couple.
There is a baptism of John Cramon, parents Robert C and Margaret Bainbridge, in Chester-le-Street on 15 November 1801, and there is a Margaret Cramon, aged 79, in his household in 1841.
It's not critical, because what I am trying to do is prove that this family is not related to George Cramond and Jean Moug, who married in 1803 in Brechin, and I have enough to prove that they are definitely not
descendants of George and Jean.
