I realise that the ARP may not be classed as armed forces but it must have been very close to it especially during the Blitz and other bombing raids, my question should anyone know is are the records of ARP deployment / service etc available and if so where, second question does anyone have information regarding 'Tubby Clayton' and Toc H ?
