This is the only Killyphort (Killyfort) townland in Ireland, but note the spelling and the fact it's in Co Fermanagh.

Note that it is the name of a house (lodge). While one might expect that it would be in Killyfort itself, it would not be unknown for a house in one location to be named for a property located elsewhere.

Looking at other Land records it appears Perrott had died by 1825 and his widow was Susanna.
In 1828 she agrees a lease or sale with Lancelot Lawder for part of the lands of Kild?agh in the  Barony of Carrigallen in the County of Leitrim.
Perhaps that’s where the Lodge was.

Thanks for this - I see Lancelot Lawder lived at Cloverhill, Co Leitrim and this is an address I have seen for the Innes family also.

Note i I believe Susanna Innes formerly Lawder was the mother of Perrott Innes of Killfort Lodge
