Hudggy:
I took a look at the BVI with no luck. However, I believe St. Anne's is the current Belfast Cathedral.
"St Anne's Cathedral is built on the site of St Anne’s Church - Belfast’s first Church of Ireland (Episcopal) Parish. Since early times there had been a series of chapels at the fording point of the River Lagan where the present St George’s Church now stands. St Anne’s Church existed from 1776 (foundation stone having been laid in 1774) until 1903, when it was demolished. The foundation stone of the Cathedral had been laid by the Countess of Shaftesbury in 1899 (and the building of the Nave of the new ambitious cathedral began almost immediately.) "
This is a very informative site with photos of old church and a contact
