My try.
Please bear in mind that, because the original is so blurry, while I've tried to keep them as close as possible to the original, I've had to artificially sharpen the faces so, if you have any other photos of any of them, they won't necessarily look exactly like themselves. And, sorry, my colour vision isn't the best so I'll let others do some colouring for you.
