Hi Mark

I'm  beginning to believe that my suspicions are right and that Virtue may have been Mary and Joseph Andrews  daughter, is there any way to find out without my having to get her death certificate just to be certain. Thanks that is excellent.

regards
jericho

Jericho, in an earlier post you have a Virtue Andrews  born to  Joseph and Mary !

Did you forget ?

I don't mind doing some research, but I don't want to cover ground thats already been done.

re the info from Michael Hobbs.

Mark

Yes I did say that I believed that Joseph and Mary Andrews had a daughter, called Virtue, but I have always been lead to believe that she along with other siblings had died in early  childhood.I'm sorry if you feel upset about having to reread all my posts, but I can only go on the information I have also, that is why I posted here in the first place. As far as I know contact with the Andrews family was broken many years ago, and even my mother and her siblings who are well in their 70's have never met them, even thought they all live in NZ. So what little information I have comes from these post. This also goes to show that we should never believe what we are told until all avenues are exhausted. Thanks for your time.

Thats okay, what I mean is you should have put the kids in this post, that were in the other Andrews post.

I then could have searched for all the births, etc .... and got MORE info.

No worries.                                         :)

I have come across your discussion in 2005 relating to the above connections and Mary Dewar.
I have been considering the Greenwood Family tree and am married to a descendant of Joseph and Virtue (Anderson). I am aware of the relationships that you were questioning and can provide more information if you are still interested.
I am not sure how you communicate using this site but presume you can respond to my user name.
